On Disneyland

I have a lot of blogs that I've been meaning to write for a while; I realized that a lot of them have to do with Disneyland (DL), so I figured I would just lump them all together.

Amber and I, on one of our Sunday trips to DL decided to go on The Haunted Mansion near the end of the night. We fast passed our way onto the ride and got into the holding area (the room before the room that stretches). Standing there in the room were Scarlett Johansen and Ryan Reynolds. She was all disguised with a hooded sweatshirt, glasses and a baseball cap, but it was still too obvious. Ryan wasn't disguised at all. Afterwards we followed them onto Pirates of the Caribbean and sat two rows behind them on their boat. It was fun.

Amber and I also went to The Blue Bayou one night for dinner. We got a pirate ship for dessert. Mmmm.

Our Buzz picture from that night:

On another day we went with Brent and Amber and ended up riding Splash Mountain twice in a row. The second time was just to get this awesome picture:

The four of us went back the following week and ate at the Blue Bayou for lunch. I got the famous Monte Cristo that I wasn't able to get off of the dinner menu. Yes, it is yummy. Here's our buzz picture from that night:

I'm sure there will be more DL blogs coming soon.

That sounds like a fun Disneyland trip! That quite possibly may be the most amazing Splash Mountain picture I have ever laid eyes on.

P.S. Thank you for the Goole Reader info. I like being notified when you update your blog. :)

Splash Mountain is scary!! Look at the sheer terror on our faces! It's incomprehensible how Disneyland intended Splash Mountain to be an enjoyable ride for the entire family! Disneyland should establish a ride rating system similar to that used for movies. This system would ensure the protection of Disneyland's easily susceptible younger (or older) guests from unknowingly subjecting themselves to such extreme forms of "amusement"... Splash Mountain is definitely Rated R.

If Amber's suggestion for Disneyland was taken, would Pirates be rated Arrrr?
